Tents, Tables and Chairs
We offer a large selection of tent sizes in two different styles, we have the classic frame tents and we also have the more elegant high peak tents,. The classic frame tents are you typical outdoor tent that we are all use to seeing everywhere, high peak tent are the more elegant and nice looking tents, they have less legs and they are a little taller than a regular tent. We also offer a large selection of tables and chairs. We have 6 and 8 feet rectangular tables, high top or cocktail tables, and 5 feet round tables. As far of chairs we have white folding chairs, metal folding chairs and our VIP white padded folding chairs.

Tent Packages
Our Long Island tent packages come complete with tent tables, chairs and banquet tables the gifts, food or drinks. We offer packages staring for 40, 60 guests and going up to 100 guests, if you need a bigger tent package rental, give us a call and we'll create one for you.Our tent packages also include the delivery, set up by our trained staff and take down of all of the equipment, We'll come a few days before your event and come back for pick up the day after.

FAQ's
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. All prices include set up and delivery on all tents, table chairs, and inflatables. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally for inflatables we arrive 1-4 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as the day before. For tents, tables and chairs delivery can be a couple of days before your event. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
A: Yes all orders require a 20% Credit Card deposit. non-refundable (except for rain only). If you cancel prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
A: We have the best weather cancellation policy in Long Island, Give us a call 24hr prior to your event to cancel because of rain ONLY, and we'll give a full refund back (Does not apply to tents). Any other cancellations, you can cancel up to 24hrs prior to your event. The deposit is non-refundable, but if you wish to cancel we will issue you a rain check for the amount of the deposit, this rain check is good for a year.

A: Yes, but be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office to see if we can service your town and for a current quote.
